Lux Traffic is proud to have partnered with Civcon on the Ellenbrook Pipeline Upgrade for the Water Corporation in Western Australia. Commencing in late 2024, this significant infrastructure project required complex traffic management services across multiple work zones in the Ellenbrook area, covering residential streets and high-volume arterial roads.

To minimise community disruption and maintain road user safety, Lux Traffic developed and implemented comprehensive Traffic Management Plans (TMPs), supported by on-site supervision and adaptive scheduling. Our teams delivered both weekend and night shift operations to ensure project continuity and compliance with Main Roads Western Australia requirements.

Through clear communication, proactive risk assessments, and strong collaboration with Civcon and local authorities, Lux Traffic successfully maintained consistent project progress while upholding the highest safety and compliance standards. This project reflects our capability to manage complex, large-scale roadworks and utilities projects in busy urban environments.
