Lux Traffic Safety and Quality Certifications

Lux Traffic operates certified quality and safety systems that meet the expectations of major corporations, local councils, and Main Roads in Western Australia. Our management framework includes ISO 9001 2015 for quality management and ISO 45001 2018 for occupational health and safety, with certification through JAS ANZ accredited bodies. Policies, handbooks, HSE manuals, SWMS, toolbox documentation, induction requirements, and compliance criteria are maintained and available to clients on request. Staff have secure online access to the full document library to ensure consistent application across all sites in Perth and WA.

Certified quality and safety systems

We maintain documented procedures for planning, delivery, verification, and continuous improvement. Internal audits, management reviews, and corrective actions support reliable outcomes and help demonstrate due diligence during inspections or incident reviews. These systems underpin our approvals process and the way we schedule crews and equipment for safe, compliant delivery.

Document control and audit readiness

Our record keeping platform centralises safety and compliance forms and tracks fleet registrations, workforce inductions, and staff qualifications. Automated reminders ensure licences and credentials remain current so bookings and site deployments stay fully compliant. This supports rigorous internal and third-party audits and provides clear evidence for regulators and stakeholders.

Crew and equipment compliance

Every controller holds current BWTM, WTM, or AWTM accreditation appropriate to the site risk and scope of works. Prestart records, toolbox talks, site-specific risk assessments, and current TMP and TGS documents are maintained on site. Vehicles and equipment are inspected and logged to ensure barriers, signs, lighting, and VMS boards meet applicable standards.
