MME Underground Services appointed Lux Traffic as the primary traffic management provider for a large-scale underground utilities upgrade spanning Meadow Springs, Badgerup and Lakelands in Western Australia. Running for approximately seven months, the project required careful planning, flexible scheduling and expert coordination to keep workers and road users safe around active work zones.

Lux Traffic delivered comprehensive traffic management services, including detailed Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and on-site supervision to ensure full compliance with Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA) standards. A dedicated team of 10 to 15 experienced traffic controllers was deployed across multiple sites to manage lane closures, detours and pedestrian access safely and efficiently.

Through proactive planning, clear communication and strong collaboration with MME Underground Services, Lux Traffic completed all works on schedule and without incident.
